You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4.2 Account Security

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We accept no liability for losses resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

4.3 Account Verification

6.2 Withdrawal Policy

6.3 Fees

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to one household, one device, and one IP address per user unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• next1221 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds or void winnings derived from bonuses if abuse, fraud, or violation of bonus terms is identified.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements indicate the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal may be processed. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires RM1,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

Bets are not confirmed until you receive a valid bet reference number.

8.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a system error, data feed failure, or obvious pricing error (such as odds materially inconsistent with prevailing market rates), next1221 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the User's account. No claim may be made against us for winnings arising from an obvious error.

8.3 Live Betting

Live in-play bets are accepted on a best-efforts basis. Latency between the physical event and the platform data feed means that bets placed near key events (goals, wickets, knockouts) may be voided if accepted after the event has already occurred but before the data feed updated. We make reasonable efforts to minimise such occurrences but cannot guarantee zero latency.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or fraudulent identity, age, or payment information during registration or verification.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting").
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus systems.
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting based on non-public information.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, loopholes, or technical errors for undue financial gain.
• Money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing next1221 staff or other users.

Intellectual Property

All content on the next1221 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software code, game assets, and interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of next1221 or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use this content solely for the purpose of participating in the Services.

You may not reproduce, republish, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from next1221. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, next1221 and its officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.

next1221's total aggregate liability to you for any direct claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to the platform in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension & Termination

next1221 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass identity or source-of-funds verification.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Voluntary closure requested by the account holder.
• Self-exclusion request submitted under our Responsible Gambling policy.

Upon termination for breach, any Real Money Funds remaining in your account after deduction of owed amounts will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to applicable KYC clearance. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon termination.
